摘  要:为筛选适宜广西沿海地区栽培的南亚松(Pinus latteri)优良家系,以引种的29个越南南亚松家系5年生遗传测定林为研究对象,进行生长性状方差分析和遗传参数估算,开展早期选择与评价。结果表明,29个南亚松家系生长性状均差异极显著,存在丰富变异。南亚松参试家系的树高、胸径和材积家系遗传力分别为0.394、0.351和0.391,均属中等遗传力;树高、胸径和材积单株遗传力分别为0.144、0.122和0.142,均属低等遗传力。以单株材积为评价指标,筛选出15-715、15-707、15-704、15-719和15-726家系为优良家系,材积遗传增益为9.3%;筛选出优良单株16株,平均材积为0.0257 m^(3),材积遗传增益为14.2%。In order to screen excellent families of Pinus latteri suitable for cultivation in coastal areas of Guangxi,5-year-old genetic determination forests of 29 P.latteri families introduced from Vietnam were selected as research objects.Analysis of variance on growth traits and estimation of genetic parameters were carried out,and early selection and evaluation were carried out.Results showed that there were extremely significant differences in growth traits among 29 families,and there were abundant variations.Family heritability of tree height,DBH and volume of tested families were 0.394,0.351 and 0.391 respectively,all of which belonged to moderate heritability.Individual heritability of tree height,DBH and volume were 0.144,0.122 and 0.142 respectively,all of which belonged to low heritability.Five superior families of 15-715,15-707,15-704,15-719 and 15-726 were selected with volume as evaluation index,and genetic gain of volume was 9.3%.A total of 16 superior individual plants were screened out,with average volume of 0.0257 m^(3) and genetic gain of volume was 14.2%.
