摘 要:为探究互叶白千层(Melaleuca alternifolia)栽培最佳光照强度,并为互叶白千层高效栽培提供理论依据,以3月龄互叶白千层组培苗为试验材料,设置4种光照处理(100%、70%、40%和10%),分析不同光照处理对互叶白千层生长和生理特性的影响。结果表明,遮荫处理的互叶白千层株高增量、地径增量、地上生物量、根生物量和总生物量均显著低于全光照处理。处理180天,随光照强度减弱,叶绿素相对含量升高;处理300天,随光照强度减弱,叶绿素相对含量降低。在相同光照强度下,随光照时间增加,叶绿素相对含量降低。随光照强度减弱,脯氨酸和丙二醛(MDA)含量及过氧化物酶(POD)活性均升高,超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性呈先升后降的趋势,过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性呈先降后升的趋势;净光合速率(P_(n))、蒸腾速率(T_(r))和气孔导度(G_(s))均呈下降趋势,胞间二氧化碳浓度(C_(i))呈先升后降的趋势。总生物量与P_(n)和T_(r)均呈极显著正相关,与叶绿素相对含量呈显著正相关,与MDA含量呈显著负相关。互叶白千层为喜光植物,弱光条件下生长受到抑制,适宜在全光照条件下生长。To explore optimal light intensity for cultivation of Melaleuca alternifolia and provide theoretical support for efficient cultivation of M.alternifolia,taking three-month-old M.alternifolia tissue culture seedlings as experimental materials,four light treatments(100%,70%,40%and 10%)were set up.Effects of different light treatments on growths and physiological characteristics of M.alternifolia were analyzed.Results showed that in shading treatments,palnt height increment,ground diameter increment,above ground biomass,root biomass and total biomass of M.alternifolia were significantly lower than those in full-light treatment.At 180 days of treatment,chlorophyll relative content increased with decrease of light intensity;at 300 days of treatment,chlorophyll relative content decreased with decrease of light intensity.Under the same light intensity,chlorophyll relative content decreased with increase of light time.With decrease of light intensity,contents of proline and malonaldehyde(MDA)and peroxidase(POD)activity increased,superoxide dismutase(SOD)activity showed trend of first increase and then decrease,catalase(CAT)activity showed trend of first decrease and then increase.Net photosynthetic rate(P_(n)),transpiration rate(T_(r))and stomatal conductance(G_(s))showed decreasing trends and intercellular carbon dioxide concentration(C_(i))showed trend of first increase and then decrease with decrease of light intensity.Total biomass had extremely significantly positive correlations with P_(n) and T_(r),had significantly positive correlation with chlorophyll relative content and had significantly negative correlation with MDA content.M.alternifolia was photophilous plant.Its growth was inhibited under low light conditions.It was suitable for growth in full light condition.
