摘 要:为给江南油杉(Keteleeria fortunei var.cyclolepis)苗期抗旱策略和水分管理提供理论支持,以2年生江南油杉幼苗为试验材料,设置5个干旱梯度[75%~80%(CK)、55%~60%(T1)、35%~40%(T2)、15%~20%(T3)和持续不浇水(T4)]和两个时间梯度(7和28天),采用双因素试验,分析干旱胁迫下江南油杉幼苗生长指标及根系平面几何构型和立体几何构型的变化规律。结果表明,干旱胁迫第7天,随干旱胁迫程度增加,苗高、地径、根生物量、地上生物量和总生物量均呈先升后降的趋势,根冠比呈“M”型变化趋势,T1处理显著促进幼苗生长;根长、根表面积、根体积、平均根系直径和根尖数均呈先升后降的趋势,T1处理的各项指标均最大;比根长和比表面积均呈“W”型变化趋势,T2处理的比根长最大,T1处理的比根长和比表面积均最小。干旱胁迫第28天,随干旱胁迫程度增加,苗高、地径、根生物量、地上生物量和总生物量均降低,根冠比整体呈下降趋势,T4处理显著抑制幼苗生长;根长、根表面积、根体积、平均根系直径、根尖数、比根长和比表面积均呈下降趋势,T4处理的各项指标均最小。江南油杉幼苗根系构型在不同时间和干旱胁迫下均为鱼尾状分支型。综合评价下,干旱胁迫第7天的T1处理江南油杉幼苗表现最佳,干旱胁迫第28天的T4处理江南油杉幼苗表现最差。将土壤含水量控制在55%~60%下处理7天,有助于江南油杉优质壮苗的培育。To provide theoretical support for drought resistance strategies and water management during seedling stage of Keteleeria fortunei var.cyclolepis,two-year-old K.fortunei var.cyclolepis seedlings were used as experimental materials.Five drought gradients[75%-80%(CK),55%-60%(T1),35%-40%(T2),15%-20%(T3)and continuous without water(T4)]and two time gradients(7 and 28 days)were established.Two-factor experiment was conducted to analyze change rules of seedling growth indexes and root plane geometry architecture and stereo geometry architecture of K.fortunei var.cyclolepis seedlings in drought stress.Results showed that on the 7th day of drought stress,with increase of drought stress degree,seedling height,ground diameter,root biomass,above ground biomass and total biomass showed trends of first increase and then decrease,while root to shoot ratio exhibited"M"shape trend.T1 treatment significantly promoted seedling growth.Root length,root surface area,root volume,average root diameter and root tip number showed trends of first increase and then decrease with all indexes being the highest in T1 treatment.Specific root length and specific surface area exhibited"W"shape trends with specific root length being the highest in T2 treatment and specific root length and specific surface area being the lowest in T1 treatment.On the 28th day of drought stress,with increase of drought stress degree,seedling height,ground diameter,root biomass,above ground biomass and total biomass decreased,while root to shoot ratio showed trend of decrease.T4 treatment significantly inhibited seedling growth.Root length,root surface area,root volume,average root diameter,root tip number,specific root length and specific surface area showed trends of decrease with all indexes being the lowest in T4 treatment.Root architectures of K.fortunei var.cyclolepis seedlings were fishtail branching pattern under different time and drought stresses.Overall,K.fortunei var.cyclolepis seedlings in T1 treatment on the 7th day of drought stress performed the best
