摘 要:为探究大叶榉(Zelkova schneideriana)幼苗对不同淹水胁迫的响应,为大叶榉苗期水分管理及遭受水涝地区的景观和生态绿化树种选择提供理论依据,以2年生大叶榉扦插苗为试验材料,以正常灌溉为对照(CK),设置4种淹水处理,包括轻度淹水(水面齐平于土面,W1)、中度淹水(水面保持在盆土表面15 cm,W2)、重度淹水(水面保持在盆土表面30 cm左右,W3)和近没顶淹水(水面基本淹没幼苗,W4),分析不同淹水胁迫下大叶榉幼苗的生长状况及叶片功能性状和光合特性。采用主成分分析和隶属函数分析,对大叶榉幼苗抗涝性进行评价。结果表明,随淹水胁迫程度增加,大叶榉幼苗株高增量和地径增量均降低。淹水胁迫第30天,W4处理的叶片相对含水量最高;随淹水胁迫程度增加,比叶重呈“M”型变化趋势。淹水胁迫第60天,各处理的叶片相对含水量无显著差异;随淹水胁迫程度增加,比叶重呈先升后降的趋势,叶绿素含量和净光合速率均呈先降后升的趋势,蒸腾速率和气孔导度均逐渐下降,胞间二氧化碳浓度呈先降后升再降的趋势。大叶榉幼苗为中等耐涝树种,受轻度、中度、重度和近没顶淹水胁迫60天,仍能存活。In order to investigate responses of Zelkova schneideriana seedlings to different flooding stresses and provide theoretical basis for water management during seedling stage of Z.schneideriana and selection of landscape and ecological greening tree species in waterlogging areas,two-year-old Z.schneideriana cuttings were used as experimental materials.Normal irrigation was set as control(CK),and four flooding treatments were established including mild flooding(water surface was flushed with soil surface,W1),moderate flooding(water surface was 15 cm above soil surface,W2),severe flooding(water surface was about 30 cm above soil surface,W3)and near-total submersion(water surface completely submerged seedlings,W4).Growth conditions,leaf functional traits and photosynthetic characteristics of Z.schneideriana seedlings under different treatments were analyzed.Principal component analysis and membership function analysis were used to evaluate waterlogging resistance of Z.schneideriana seedlings.Results showed that increments of plant height and ground diameter of Z.schneideriana seedlings decreased with increase of flooding stress degree.On the 30^(th) day of flooding stress,leaf relative water content was the highest in W4 treatment.Specific leaf weight showed"M"shape trend with increase of flooding stress degree.On the 60^(th) day of flooding stress,there were no significant differences in leaf relative water contents of different treatments.Specific leaf weight showed trend of first increase and then decrease with increase of flooding stress degree.With increase of flooding stress degree,chlorophyll contents and net photosynthetic rate showed trends of first decrease and then increase,transpiration rate and stomatal conductance decreased,and intercellular carbon dioxide concentration showed trend of first decrease and then increase and then decrease.Waterlogging resistance of Z.schneideriana seedlings was classified as moderate.Z.schneideriana seedlings could survive for 60 days under mild,moderate,severe and near-tot
