摘 要:为给樟目(Laurales)植物提供木材鉴定和系统分类的形态学数据,采用扫描电子显微镜观察香皮檫科(Atherospermataceae)、玉盘桂科(Monimiaceae)、莲叶桐科(Hernandiaceae)和樟科(Lauraceae)9种植物茎次生木质部导管分子及其穿孔板的形态结构,分析导管分子长度和直径的差异。结果表明,香皮檫科植物的导管分子均具有梯状穿孔板,在细柄销枝檫(Daphnandra tenuipes)中,观察到网梯混合穿孔板,在伞序檫(Laureliopsis philippiana)中,观察到网梯混合穿孔板和网状穿孔板。莲叶桐科植物的导管分子均具有单穿孔板;红花青藤(Illigera rhodantha)的导管分子有两种不同形态类型,穿孔板平截,其导管分子平均长度小于莲叶桐(Hernandia nymphaeifolia)。樟科樟属(Cinnamomum)植物的导管分子均具有单穿孔板和梯状穿孔板。玉盘桂科植物的导管分子仅具有梯状穿孔板。矛蕊檫(Doryphora sassafras)的导管分子平均长度最长,其次为岛盘桂(Tambourissa purpurea),阴香(Cinnamomum burmannii)的导管分子平均长度最短。红花青藤的导管分子平均直径最大,其次为莲叶桐,细柄销枝檫的导管分子平均直径最小。导管分子在科、属、种间形态学与统计学均具有分类学意义。香皮檫科和玉盘桂科植物的导管分子穿孔板形态、直径和长度更相似。莲叶桐科植物导管分子演化水平最高。In order to provide morphological data for wood identification and systematic classification of plants belonging to Laurales,morphological structures of secondary xylem vessel elements and perforation plates of 9 plants from Atherospermataceae,Monimiaceae,Hernandiaceae and Lauraceae were observed by scanning electron microscopy.Differences in lengths and diameters of vessel elements were analyzed.Results showed that vessel elements of Atherospermataceae plants had scalariform perforation plates.Reticulate-scalariform perforation plates were observed in Daphnandra tenuipes.Reticulate-scalariform perforation plates and reticulate perforation plates were observed in Laureliopsis philippiana.Vessel elements of Hernandiaceae plants only had simple perforation plates.Two different morphological types of vessel elements with truncated perforation plates were observed in Illigera rhodantha,with average length of vessel elements being shorter than those in Hernandia nymphaeifolia.Simple perforaton plates and scalariform perforation plates were observed in Cinnamomum plants belonging to Lauraceae.Vessel elements of Monimiaceae plants only had scalariform perforation plates.Average length of vessel elements of Doryphora sassafras was the longest,followed by Tambourissa purpurea.Average length of vessel elements of Cinnamomum burmannii was the shortest.Average diameter of vessel elements of I.rhodantha was the largest,followed by H.nymphaeifolia.Average diameter of vessel elements of D.tenuipes was the smallest.Morphological and statistical analysis of vessel elements demonstrated taxonomic significance at family,genus and species levels.Perforation plates,diameters and lengths of vessel elements in Atherospermataceae and Monimiaceae were more similar to each other.Vessel elements of Hernandiaceae exhibited the highest level of evolutionary specialization.
