基于CiteSpace的国内外博物馆交互体验研究现状及趋势分析

摘　　要：目的 当前博物馆交互体验备受大众的关注,从博物馆交互体验的角度进行文献可视化分析,分析该领域中的研究现状与发展趋势,为未来博物馆交互体验研究发展提供参考。方法 从CNKI和Web of Science数据库收集1998—2023年国内外的博物馆交互体验相关数据,将博物馆交互体验的文献发表时间、关键词、高度被引用文献和研究热点以及前沿借助CiteSpace信息可视化分析软件进行可视化分析,研究比较国内外差异。结论 在1998—2023年国内外博物馆交互体验研究皆呈上升趋势。国外的研究热度、被引频次高于国内,研究主要集中在技术创新、用户体验、博物馆观众教育类主题上;而国内研究围绕数字化展陈、参观者、交互设计主题展开。综观研究现状和趋势,提出博物馆交互体验发展展望。Currently,the interactive experience in museums is highly concerned by the public.Therefore,from the perspective of the interactive experience in museums,the work aims to conduct visualization analysis on the literature and analyze the research status and development trend in this field,to provide reference for the future development of research on interactive experience in museums.The data related to the interactive experience in museums from 1998 to 2023 in China and abroad were collected from CNKI and Web of Science databases and the CiteSpace was used to visualize and analyze the time of publication,highly cited literature,key words,research hotspots and frontiers of the interactive ex-perience in museums and compare the differences between China and abroad.From 1998 to 2023,the research on interac-tive experience in museums both in China and abroad shows an upward trend.The research heat and citation frequency of foreign countries are higher than that in China,and the research mainly focuses on the themes of technological innovation,user experience,and museum audience education,while the research in China is centered on the themes of digital exhibi-tion,visitors,and interaction design.By summarizing the status and trend of research,the outlook of the development of interactive experience in museums is proposed.
