摘  要:针对滤波器带内插入损耗较大、不易于集成等问题,提出了一种可应用于5G毫米波N257和N258波段的集成基片间隙波导(Integrated Substrate Gap Waveguide,ISGW)扇形谐振宽带滤波器,通过在ISGW带线上引入圆形贴片,在下阻带处获得良好的滤波特性。在圆形贴片上切割辐射形槽,在上表面引入缺陷地结构,达到更好的滤波性能。该滤波器具有较好的滤波效果和小型化特性。实验结果表明,该滤波器能在22.99~28.67 GHz实现S 11>-15 dB,-3 dB分数带宽达到20.56%,在通带两侧各引入2个传输零点,实现了较好的带外抑制。To address issues such as high in-band insertion loss and integration challenges in filters,an Integrated Substrate Gap Waveguide(ISGW)sector resonant broadband filter is proposed for 5G millimeter-wave N257 and N258 bands.By introducing circular patches on the integrated SGW stripline,good filtering characteristics are achieved in the lower stopband.Subsequently,radial slots are cut into the circular patches,and a defected ground structure is introduced on the upper surface to enhance filtering performance.This filter exhibits excellent filtering effects and miniaturization characteristics.Experimental results demonstrate that the filter achieves an S 11>-15 dB within frequency range of 22.99~28.67 GHz,a-3 dB fractional bandwidth of 20.56%,and it introduces two transmission zeros on each side of the passband,resulting in effective out-of-band rejection.
