摘　　要：为有效降低护士在床旁结算过程中的操作风险,提升整体工作效率与患者满意度,文章对床旁结算系统进行了优化升级,在床旁结算的2个核心环节(入院登记与出院结算)中嵌入了财务审核机制,实现了系统间的强制耦合。这一机制要求护士在完成相关操作后必须提交给财务科进行审核。只有审核通过,护士才能进行下一步的工作。实践表明,加入审核机制后的床旁结算系统不仅降低了护士在操作过程中的风险,还进一步提升了工作效率。此外,这一改进有效提升了患者对出院结算的满意度,增强了医院的美誉度,为构建和谐医患关系奠定了坚实基础。In order to effectively reduce the operational risks of nurses in the bedside settlement process,improve overall work efficiency and patient satisfaction,the article optimized and upgraded the bedside settlement system.A financial audit mechanism was embedded in the two core links of bedside settlement(admission registration and discharge settlement),achieving mandatory coupling between the systems.This mechanism requires nurses to submit their completed procedures to the finance department for review.Only after passing the review can the nurse proceed to the next step of work.Practice has shown that the addition of an audit mechanism to the bedside settlement system not only reduces the risks for nurses during the operation process,but also further improves work efficiency.In addition,this improvement effectively enhances patients̓satisfaction with discharge settlement,strengthens the hospital̓s reputation,and lays a solid foundation for building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship.
