摘 要:随着电梯行业对技术技能要求的不断提高,传统的培训模式已难以满足需求。为了提高学员的学习效率和实际操作能力,文章设计并实现了一种基于数字孪生技术的电梯安装教学系统。该系统通过虚拟现实(VR)、增强现实(AR)和智能传感技术,结合数字孪生模型,构建了一个沉浸式、互动性强的教学环境。系统包括安装教学、故障诊断与解决、评估与反馈3个核心模块。在安装教学模块中,学员可以在虚拟环境中模拟操作电梯安装的各步骤,系统提供语音引导和图形提示,并实时监测扭矩值等传感器数据,以确保操作的规范性。在故障诊断模块中,学员可以应对预设的故障情境,进行故障分析并采取解决措施。最后,评估模块根据学员的操作数据进行智能评分,并提供建议反馈。实验结果表明,该系统在提升学员学习效果、操作规范性以及故障应对能力方面具有显著优势。With the continuous improvement of technical skills requirements in the elevator industry,traditional training models are no longer able to meet the demand.In order to improve the learning efficiency and practical operation ability of students,this article designs and implements an elevator installation teaching system based on digital twin technology.The system utilizes virtual reality(VR),augmented reality(AR),and intelligent sensing technologies,combined with digital twin models,to create an immersive and highly interactive teaching environment.The system includes three core modules:installation teaching,fault diagnosis and resolution,and evaluation and feedback.In the installation of the teaching module,students can simulate the various steps of elevator installation in a virtual environment.The system provides voice guidance and graphical prompts,and monitors sensor data such as torque values in real time to ensure the standardization of operations.In the fault diagnosis module,students can respond to preset fault scenarios,conduct fault analysis,and take solutions.Finally,the evaluation module conducts intelligent scoring based on the students̓operational data and provides feedback suggestions.The experimental results show that the system has significant advantages in improving students̓learning effectiveness,operational standardization,and fault response ability.
