摘 要:电信诈骗事件的频发对人民群众的财产安全和人身安全构成了日益严重的威胁。文章旨在结合本体论和知识图谱技术,为公安机关提供防控电信诈骗的研究思路。首先,采用七步法构建电信诈骗本体模型;然后,利用Python第三方库py2neo和图数据库Neo4j构建电信诈骗知识图谱;最后,基于图数据库的检索方法实现图谱检索。通过构建基于本体的电信诈骗知识图谱,有效地组织了电信诈骗领域的知识,提升了信息资源管理的效率,为公安机关防控电诈提供了全新的视角。The frequent occurrence of telecommunications fraud incidents poses an increasingly serious threat to the property and personal safety of the people.The article aims to provide research ideas for the prevention and control of telecommunications fraud for public security organs by combining ontology and knowledge graph technology.Firstly,a seven step method is adopted to construct the ontology model of telecommunications fraud.Then,use Python third-party library py2neo and graph database Neo4j to build a telecommunications fraud knowledge graph.Finally,the retrieval method based on graph database is implemented for graph retrieval.By constructing an ontology based knowledge graph of telecommunications fraud,the knowledge in the field of telecommunications fraud has been effectively organized,improving the efficiency of information resource management and providing a new perspective for public security organs to prevent and control telecommunications fraud.
