摘　　要：以PACS(图片归档与通信系统)为实践对象,针对敏感信息的收集、存储、使用、加工、传输、共享等关键环节进行数据安全防护,实现了对PACS数据共享的主动防护。通过对某医院PACS的数据安全风险评估、数据脱敏技术、数据库协议深度解析技术以及数据库操作行为检测技术的应用,结合静态脱敏和数据库防火墙技术,在数据访问和共享环节实现了对PACS中敏感信息的纵深防护。该方案有效提高了医疗数据的安全性和完整性,减少了人工干预,提升了工作效率,为医院的信息安全管理提供了有力支持。Taking PACS(Picture Archiving and Communication System)as the practical object,data security protection is carried out for key links such as collection,storage,use,processing,transmission,and sharing of sensitive information,achieving active protection for PACS data sharing.Through the application of data security risk assessment,data desensitization technology,database protocol deep parsing technology,and database operation behavior detection technology in a hospital̓s PACS,combined with static desensitization and database firewall technology,the deep protection of sensitive information in the PACS has been achieved in the data access and sharing process.This scheme effectively improves the security and integrity of medical data,reduces manual intervention,enhances work efficiency,and provides strong support for hospital information security management.
