吸顶式除湿机在医用电子直线加速器机房中的应用效果分析

摘　　要：探讨了吸顶式除湿机在医用电子直线加速器机房中的应用效果。将衡水市第二人民医院医用直线加速器机房作为观察对象,研究时间设定为2023年6月,观察期分为3个阶段:早期组(6月1日—6月10日,共10天)、中期组(6月11日—6月20日,共10天)和后期组(6月21日—6月30日,共10天)。在研究期间,机房温度设置为21℃。早期组和中期组分别开启2台和1台吸顶式除湿机,而后期组不使用除湿机。研究对比了3组的湿度、温度、X/Y/Z激光灯偏移值和噪声值。结果表明,早期组(湿度51.62±3.18%)和中期组(湿度55.91±3.72%)的湿度显著低于后期组(湿度73.81±6.83%),且早期和中期组的湿度均符合国家标准,后期组湿度超标。所有组的温度均符合国家标准。3组的定位激光偏移值分别为0 mm、0.5 mm和0 mm,均符合国家标准。噪声测量值方面,早期组(68.25±3.25 dB)、中期组(66.52±3.17 dB)和后期组(64.28±3.08 dB)逐渐降低。因此,研究结果表明,在医用电子直线加速器机房中开启2台吸顶式除湿机能够显著降低湿度,同时不影响定位激光灯的精确度和温度。Explored the application effect of ceiling dehumidifier in the medical electronic linear accelerator room.The medical linear accelerator room of The Second People̓s Hospital of Hengshui was selected as the observation object,and the research period was set to June 2023.The observation period was divided into three stages:early group(June 1 to June 10,a total of 10 days),mid-term group(June 11 to June 20,a total of 10 days),and late group(June 21 to June 30,a total of 10 days).During the research period,the temperature in the computer room was set to 21℃.Two and one ceiling mounted dehumidifiers were activated in the early and mid stage groups,respectively,while no dehumidifiers were used in the later stage group.The study compared the humidity,temperature,X/Y/Z laser lamp offset values,and noise values of three groups.The results showed that the humidity in the early group(humidity 51.62±3.18%)and the middle group(humidity 55.91±3.72%)was significantly lower than that in the late group(humidity 73.81±6.83%),and the humidity in both the early and middle groups met national standards,while the humidity in the late group exceeded the standard.All groups̓temperatures comply with national standards.The positioning laser offset values for the three groups are 0 mm,0.5 mm,and 0 mm,all of which comply with national standards.In terms of noise measurement values,the early group(68.25±3.25 dB),mid group(66.52±3.17 dB),and late group(64.28±3.08 dB)gradually decreased.Therefore,the research results indicate that operating two ceiling mounted dehumidifiers in the medical linear accelerator room can significantly reduce humidity without affecting the accuracy and temperature of the positioning laser light.
