摘 要:为验证湿陷性黄土地区混凝土夯扩桩的应用效果,文中以甘肃某建筑项目为例,通过现场测试分析湿陷性黄土地区混凝土夯扩桩的湿陷性、桩身完整性以及承载特性。结果表明,混凝土夯扩桩密度和湿陷性系数测试值的变异系数分别为0.005 5、0.094,变异系数均较小,即测试数据具有准确性;湿陷性系数平均值为0.007 5,低于规范规定值,即湿陷性消除情况良好;混凝土夯扩桩身相对完整,均为优良桩。随着荷载的增加,桩顶位移先线性增加后快速增加且承载特性优良,极限承载力均满足规范标准,表明湿陷性黄土地区混凝土夯扩桩的施工效果良好。In order to verify the application effect of concrete rammed pile in collapsible loess area,this paper takes a construction project in Gansu province as an example to analyze the collapsibility,pile integrity and bearing characteristics of concrete rammed pile in collapsible loess area through field tests.The results show that the coefficient of variation of the density and collapsibility coefficient of concrete rammed pile are 0.0055 and 0.094 respectively,and the coefficient of variation is small,that is,the test data are accurate.The average value of collapsibility coefficient is 0.0075,which is lower than the standard value,that is,the collapsibility is well eliminated.The concrete rammed and expanded pile body is relatively complete,and all of them are excellent piles.With the increase of load,the displacement of pile top increases first linearly and then rapidly,and the bearing capacity is good,and the ultimate bearing capacity meets the standard,which indicates that the construction effect of concrete rammed pile in collapsible loess area is good.
