竖向混合结构增层加固设计要点探析

摘　　要：随着经济发展和生产技术的进步,既有建筑的既有功能可能成为企业生产发展壮大的绊脚石,在国家城市更新政策的指导下,生产企业通过在既有建筑上增层改造、工艺改进、技术改良等措施,从而实现扩大生产目的的需求。其中,当既有建筑为混凝土结构,增层改造时,上部结构采用钢结构的方式屡见不鲜,此种方式的增层改造具有结构重量轻、钢构件加工制作工厂化、施工进度快、成本费用较少、经济生产影响小的优点,深受业主青睐,具有潜在的巨大市场规模,例如,既有建筑由于使用需求采用钢结构扩建加层,公共建筑上部需新建电力、通信钢结构支架等,这种上部钢结构、下部混凝土结构组成体系称为竖向混合结构体系,此种体系取得较高经济价值的同时,在结构加固设计时也存在一定技术问题,文中针对由此引起的结构加固设计问题,结合具体案例进行简要分析。With the development of economy and the progress of production technology,the existing building function may become a stumbling block to the development of enterprise production,under the guidance of the national urban renewal policy,production enterprises through on the existing building layer transformation,process improvement,technology improvement,so as to realize the purpose of expanding the production of urgent demand.The existing buildings are concrete structures,When adding a layer for modification,The structure of steel structure is common,In this way,the additional layer transformation has light structure weight,steel component processing and production factory,Fast construction progress,Cost is less,Advantages of small economic production,Favored by the owners,With a potentially huge market size,For example,the existing building due to the use needs of steel structure expansion and layer,The upper part of public buildings needs new power and communication steel structure supports,This upper steel structure,the lower concrete structure composition system is called the vertical mixed structure system,While this system achieves high economic value,There are also some technical problems in the structural reinforcement design,This paper makes a brief analysis of the resulting structural reinforcement design problems combined with specific cases.
