摘 要:为提升旋挖成孔灌注桩在软土层的施工质量,文中以某建筑工程为例,通过现场试验对旋挖成孔灌注桩的桩侧阻力及桩轴力进行分析。结果表明,荷载越大,桩顶位移越大;卸载后,桩顶位移不断下降,但未降至初始状态;桩顶极限荷载为8 797.21 kN,对应桩顶位移为45.14 mm,卸载后的桩顶位移为32.8 mm。同时,位移与观测时间不相关,曲线保持稳定;荷载水平为9 000 kN的桩身轴力与加载水平为8 000 kN的相比减少了2倍。桩侧摩阻力与深度的关系为先增加后降低再稳定,且随着加载水平的增加而不断增加。In order to improve the construction quality of rotary hole-dug cast-in-place pile in soft soil layer,the lateral resistance and axial force of rotary hole-dug cast-in-place pile were analyzed through field tests in a construction project.The results show that the greater the load,the greater the displacement of pile top;After unloading,the displacement of pile top does not decrease but does not decrease to the initial state.The ultimate pile top load is 8797.21 kN,corresponding to the pile top displacement is 45.14 mm,and the pile top displacement after unloading is 32.8 mm.At the same time,the displacement is not related to the observation time,and the curve remains stable.The axial force of pile body with load level of 9000 kN is reduced by 2 times compared with load level of 8000 kN.The relationship between pile side friction and depth increases first,then decreases and then stabilizes,and increases with the increase of loading level.
