摘 要:为了提升软土地区超大深基坑的施工质量,文中以某建筑项目为例,对其支护结构周边环境数据、水平位移数据、竖向位移数据以及支撑轴力数据进行分析。结果表明,随着施工的不断推进,建筑物沉降量表现为先快速增加、后缓慢增加、再快速增加的变化规律;道路沉降表现为先快速增加、后缓慢增加的变化规律。最大的建筑沉降量为24 mm,最大的周边道路沉降量为24.5 mm;基坑支护的顶部最大水平位移46.6 mm,基坑支护顶部竖向位移最大值为22.5 mm。地下水位表现为持续下降的规律,最大的水位变化量达到了717 mm,所有监测数据均在设计要求范围内,表明本工程采取的支护结构及降水措施合理,达到了设计预期的效果。In order to improve the construction quality of super deep foundation pit in soft soil area,this paper takes a building project as an example to analyze the surrounding environmental data,horizontal displacement data,vertical displacement data and supporting axial force data of its supporting structure.The results show that with the progress of construction,the building settlement increases rapidly at first,then slowly and then rapidly.The road settlement shows a change law of rapid increase at first and then a slow increase.The maximum building settlement is 24 mm,and the maximum surrounding road settlement is 24.5 mm.The maximum horizontal displacement of the top of the foundation pit support is 46.6 mm,and the maximum vertical displacement of the top of the foundation pit support is 22.5 mm.The groundwater level shows a law of continuous decline,and the maximum variation of the water level reaches 717 mm.All the monitoring data are within the range of design requirements,indicating that the supporting structure and dewatering measures adopted in this project have certain safety and rationality,and have achieved the expected effect of design.
