摘 要:为保证桩基施工的稳定性和安全性,文中以某高速公路桥梁工程为例,深入探析了强发育岩溶地区桩基础全套管全回转施工技术,并对其施工效果进行评价。实践发现,全套管全回转施工技术可将钻孔垂直度偏差控制在±0.5%内,钢筋笼垂直度偏差控制在0.5%内,焊接质量合格率在98%以上,平均钻进速度达到1.8 m/h,可有效保证施工效率和安全。In order to ensure the stability and safety of pile foundation construction,taking a highway bridge project as an example,the full casing and full rotation construction technology of pile foundation in strong karst area was deeply analyzed,and its construction effect was evaluated.It is found that the verticality deviation of drilling hole can be controlled within±0.5%,the verticality deviation of steel cage can be controlled within 0.5%,the qualified rate of welding quality is more than 98%,and the average drilling speed can reach 1.8 m/h,which effectively ensures the efficiency and safety of construction.
