摘 要:为提升模板加固施工效率,文中依托宁夏某升压站建筑工程项目,针对自调节无孔加固梁柱模板施工进行研究,优化传统的梁柱模板加固模式,通过新型梁柱模板加固体系实现建筑结构梁柱模板快速加固;与传统的模板加固体系相比,通过双排空心槽和高效末端弯头设计采用“扣”“夹”“勾”“撑”“调”等措施进行梁柱模板紧固,达到连接紧密、加固牢靠效果;小截面加固体系,有效地解决传统施工工艺中周转材料多、安拆工序多、适应尺寸小、文明施工差等行业通病,形成一种新型的梁柱模板自调节无孔加固施工技术,取得较好的应用效果。In order to improve the efficiency of formwork reinforcement,a construction project of a booster station in Ningxia was carried out to study the construction of self-adjusting and non-porous reinforced beam-column formwork.The traditional reinforcement mode of beam-column formwork was optimized,and a new type of beam-column formwork reinforcement system was adopted to achieve rapid reinforcement of building structure beam-column formwork.Compared with the traditional formwork reinforcement system,the beam-column formwork is fastened by means of double-row hollow groove and efficient end elbow design with"buckle","clip","hook","brace"and"adjustment"to achieve tight connection and strong reinforcement effect.The small section reinforcement system effectively solves the common problems in the traditional construction technology,such as many turnover materials,many installation and dismantling processes,small size,poor civilized construction,and forms a new self-adjusting non-hole reinforcement construction technology for beam and column formwork,and achieves good application results.
