摘 要:棋盘洲长江公路大桥黄冈侧主梁施工时,充分考虑水位、地形和施工设备的特点,分为三区段吊装。深水区梁段由驳船浮运至相应架梁位置,利用缆载吊机垂直提升法吊装;无索区梁段先浮运至滑移支架附近,然后通过缆载吊机荡移至滑移支架,再滑移至塔旁存梁支架附近,最后荡移至存梁支架;浅滩区梁段由驳船浮运至滑移支架附近,利用缆载吊机通过荡移法将梁段移至滑移支架上,再滑移至梁段相应位置,最后利用缆载吊机垂直提升法吊装;施工方案新颖。其中,浅滩区段滑移支架是主梁施工的重要临时结构。文中结合现场自然条件、地质情况,并充分考虑支架钓鱼法施工荷载和钢梁滑移荷载,对浅滩滑移支架设计进行阐述。During the construction of the main beam on the Huanggang side of the Qiqizhou Yangtze River Highway Bridge,it is segmented into three sections,taking into full account the characteristics of water level,terrain,and construction equipment.The beam section in the deepwater area is transported by barge to the corresponding beam position and lifted by the cable hoisting method.The beam section in the cablefree zone is initially floated near the sliding support,then swung to the sliding support by the cable-borne crane,subsequently slid to the adjacent beam support,and ultimately swung to the beam support.In the shoal area,the beam section is transported to the vicinity of the sliding support by barge,then moved to the corresponding position of the beam section by the cable-borne crane using the swing method,and finally lifted by the cable-borne crane through the vertical lifting method.The construction scheme is innovative.The sliding support in the shoal section is a crucial temporary structure for the construction of the main beam.This paper delineates the design of the sliding support in the shoal by integrating the natural conditions and geological conditions of the site and fully considering the construction load of the fishing method of the support and the sliding load of the steel beam.
