摘 要:基于工程实际场地高差条件和基坑支护形式,文中采用永久挡墙隔水和抗浮锚杆相结合的抗浮方案,将原基坑灌注桩支护兼做永久挡墙的结构,其余基坑放坡开挖的区段用重力式挡墙进行场地内外分隔,从而阻断高于本工程室外地坪的周边地下水渗流通道,降低地下室抗浮设防水位。Based on the actual site elevation differences and the type of foundation pit support,the project adopted a combined anti-floating scheme with permanent retaining walls and anti-floating anchors.The cast-in-place piles of the foundation pit were designed to serve as permanent retaining walls,and the sloped excavated sections were separated from the surrounding area by gravity retaining walls,thereby blocking the groundwater seepage pathways from surrounding area that was higher than the project and reducing the anti-floating water level.This antifloating scheme had achieved good economic benefits and effectively reduced the period of construction.
