摘 要:文中以福州地铁6号线某区间为研究背景,提出三种不同地质条件下的双液注浆配比,并基于工程实践总结水泥-水玻璃双液注浆在实际工程中的施工控制要点和应用效果。研究表明,水泥-水玻璃双液注浆材料具有早期胶凝时间短,强度高等特性;地面注浆加固可分为三种类型,实际施工应根据对应环境采取不同的注浆配比和钻孔参数;实际工程中,水泥-水玻璃双液浆可采取注浆量计算方式对注浆效果进行直接验证。该研究结论为水泥-水玻璃双液注浆材料在盾构隧道同步注浆领域的应用和优化提供参考。Based on a section of Fuzhou Metro Line 6 as the research background,three kinds of double-liquid grouting ratios under different geological conditions were proposed.Based on engineering practice,the construction control points and application effects of cement-water glass double liquid grouting in practical projects are summarized.The results show that the cement-water glass double-liquid grouting material has the characteristics of short early gelling time and high strength;The ground grouting reinforcement can be divided into three types.In actual construction,different grouting ratio and drilling parameters should be adopted according to the corresponding environment.In practical engineering,the grouting effect can be directly verified by calculating the grouting amount of cement and water glass double liquid slurry.The research results provide reference for the application and optimization of cement-water glass double-liquid grouting materials in the field of synchronous grouting of shield tunnel.
