摘 要:为提升基坑工程的支护质量,文中以某基坑支护结构工程为依托,对高压旋喷桩内插H型钢新型支护的设计方案及施工技术进行分析,并验证其施工效果。根据力学软件计算,旋喷桩桩身最大水平位移为6.5 mm,桩顶最大水平位移为4.5 mm,桩身最大正弯矩为412.3 kN·m,边坡抗滑稳定安全系数为1.21,满足规范设计要求;同时,通过对基坑施工过程中变形的监测,基坑二次开挖过程中建筑物平均沉降的增量及差异沉降均较小,支护结构水平位移均未超过允许值,验证了该基坑加固方案的有效性和合理性。In order to improve the supporting quality of foundation pit engineering,based on a foundation pit supporting structure project,this paper analyzes the design scheme and construction technology of the new H-beam support inserted by high-pressure jet grouting pile,and verifies the construction effect.According to the calculation of mechanical software,the maximum horizontal displacement of rotary jet pile body is 6.5 mm,the maximum horizontal displacement of pile top is 4.5mm,the maximum positive bending moment of pile body is 412.3 kN·m,and the safety factor of slope anti-sliding stability is 1.21,which meets the design requirements of specifications.At the same time,through monitoring the deformation during foundation pit construction,the increment and differential settlement of the average settlement of the building during the secondary excavation of the foundation pit are small,and the horizontal displacement of the supporting structure does not exceed the allowable value,which verifies the effectiveness and rationality of the foundation pit reinforcement scheme.
