摘　　要：为提升道路的使用性能,有效降低养护成本,提高道路的整体经济和社会效益,文中以宁德市福宁北路改造工程为例,对现状道路调查总体评价,深入探讨市政道路“白改黑”改造工程的设计及施工技术。实践表明,采用改性沥青抗裂贴和改性乳化沥青黏层油,可抑制反射裂缝的产生;加铺SBS改性沥青混凝土层,提高路面的耐久性和抗裂性能,降低行驶噪声,提升了道路的美观性和舒适度。通过后续反馈,本次工程有效改善了交通状况,改造效果良好,可为未来水泥路面“白改黑”设计提供参考借鉴。In order to improve the performance of the road,effectively reduce the maintenance cost,improve the overall economic and social benefits of the road.Taking the reconstruction project of Funing North Road in Ningde City as an example,this paper discusses the design and construction technology of the"white to black"reconstruction project of municipal road through the overall evaluation of the current road survey.The practice shows that the use of modified asphalt anti-crack paste and modified emulsified asphalt adhesive layer oil can inhibit the generation of reflection cracks.SBS modified asphalt concrete layer is added to improve the durability and crack resistance of the road surface,reduce the driving noise,and enhance the aesthetic and comfort of the road.Through the follow-up feedback,the project has effectively improved the traffic condition and the transformation effect is good.It provides reference and guidance for the design of"white to black"cement pavement in the future.
