摘 要:文中以某建筑工程为例,对H型钢+U型钢组合式支护结构设计及施工进行分析,通过监测技术验证基坑支护结构的变形特性及防水效果,并分析其工程造价及施工周期。结果表明,当开挖至基底侧向变形时,基坑深层水平位移最大值为18 mm;拆撑后最大深层水平位移为32.9 mm,提升了82.7%;施工过程中,坑外地下水位基本保持稳定,最大水位降深为45 cm。同时,HUW工法造价为434万元,工期仅为2.5个月。综上,HUW工法具有良好的止水效果、施工效果及显著的经济效益。Taking a building project as an example,the design and construction of H-beam+U-beam combined supporting structure were analyzed.The deformation characteristics and waterproof effect of foundation pit supporting structure were verified by monitoring technology,and the project cost and construction period were analyzed.The results show that when the foundation is excavated to the lateral deformation,the maximum horizontal displacement is 18 mm.The maximum deep horizontal displacement is 32.9 mm,an increase of 82.7%.During the construction process,the lower water level outside the pit remained basically stable,and the maximum drop depth of the water level was 45 cm.At the same time,the construction cost of HUW is 4.34 million yuan,and the construction period is only 2.5 months.In summary,HUW construction method has good water sealing effect,construction effect and remarkable economic efficiency.
