商业综合体精装修项目工程施工管理分析

摘　　要：商业综合体精装修项目工程的施工管理较为复杂,不但涉及设计的理念、质量和进度的管控,还需保证各阶段工序的衔接。有效的施工管理不但可以提升项目整体价值,还能保证项目工程的按时按需完成。文中以厦门市集美区的A项目为例,从商业综合体精装修项目工程施工管理的施工前期、施工过程、施工后期三个阶段的施工管理分别进行分析,并提出每阶段的管理措施,以供参考。The construction management of commercial complex decoration project is a complex and meticulous process,which not only involves the design concept,quality and schedule control,but also needs to ensure the connection of each stage of the process.Effective construction management can not only ensure the improvement of the overall value of the project,but also ensure the timely completion of the project as required.Taking A project of Jimei District of Xiamen City as an example,this paper analyzes the construction management of the commercial complex fine decoration project in three stages:pre-construction,construction process and late construction,respectively,and puts forward the management measures of each stage,in order to provide reference for similar fine decoration projects.
