摘  要:为科学评价超高层建筑施工安全风险,文中基于WSR系统方法论以及超高层建筑施工的特殊性和风险性,构建超高层建筑施工安全评价模型。首先,分析物理(W)、事理(S)、人理(R)三个维度对超高层建筑施工安全进行界定和划分,建立超高层建筑施工安全风险评价指标体系;接着,运用C-OWA算子实现指标权重赋值;然后,构建模糊综合评价模型;最后,将所提出的评价指标体系和评价模型运用于南昌大悦城商业项目。结果表明,该项目总体风险等级为低,文中提出了具体应对措施。In order to evaluate the construction safety risk of super tall building scientifically,the construction safety evaluation model of super tall building is constructed based on WSR system methodology and the particularity and risk of super tall building construction.Firstly,the construction safety of super tall building is defined and divided by analyzing the three dimensions of physics(W),principle(S)and human theory(R),and the construction safety risk evaluation index system of super tall building is established.Then,C-OWA operator is used to assign the weight of the index.Then,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is constructed.Finally,the proposed evaluation index system and evaluation model are applied to Nanchang Joy City commercial project.The results show that the overall risk level of the project is low,and specific countermeasures are proposed.
