体教融合背景下体育传统项目学校的发展及战略选择

摘　　要：该文采用文献综述和SWOT分析方法,旨在探讨体育传统项目学校在新时代体教融合背景下的发展问题,理解体育传统项目学校在培养竞技体育后备人才以及推动青少年体育发展中所起到的关键作用,并提出相关意见。结果表明,体育传统项目学校在建设体育传统特色、培养竞技体育后备人才等方面具有显著优势。然而管理机制不协调、人才输送渠道不畅等劣势和挑战也不可忽视,该文提出了推动体育传统项目学校向“教体融合”迈进、注重普及与提高、科学规划学校规模和构建竞赛体系等发展战略,以应对当前面临的各种挑战,促进体育传统项目学校的可持续发展。This article uses literature review and SWOT analysis methods to explore the development issues of sports traditional project schools in the context of the integration of sports and education in the new era,understand the key role of sports traditional project schools in cultivating competitive sports reserve talents and promoting the development of youth sports,and put forward relevant opinions.The results indicate that traditional sports schools have significant advantages in building sports traditional characteristics and cultivating reserve talents for competitive sports.However,the disadvantages and challenges such as lack of coordination in management mechanisms and poor channels for talent transfer cannot be ignored.This article proposes development strategies to promote traditional sports schools to move towards "integration of education and sports",focus on popularization and improvement,scientifically plan school scale,and build competition systems,in order to cope with various challenges currently faced and promote the sustainable development of traditional sports schools.
