摘  要:该文旨在探讨“双减”政策背景下北桥小学柔力球项目的高质量发展策略。通过分析北桥小学柔力球项目的当前发展状况发现:北桥小学积极推广柔力球项目,但学生的喜爱度和参与度并未达到预期水平;限制因素包括学校师资力量的不足、培训机制不完善等。建议:加强师资培训,提升教师对柔力球项目的认知与技能;优化课程设置,增加柔力球项目的教学时数,丰富教学内容,以凸显其教育价值;积极引入外部资源,为项目的高质量发展提供有力支持。通过这些措施,有望推动北桥小学柔力球项目在“双减”政策背景下实现健康、稳定、可持续发展。This article aims to explore the high-quality develop ment strategy of the soft ball project at Beiqiao Primary School under the background of the "double reduction" policy.By analyzing the current development status of the softball project at Beiqiao Prrimary School,it was found that the school actively promotes the project,but the students' enthusiasm and participation have not reached the expected level;The limiting factors include insufficient teaching staff and imperfect training mechanisms in schools.Suggestion:Strengthen teacher training to enhance teachers' awareness and skills in the soft ball project;Optimize the curriculum setting,increase the teaching hours of the soft ball project,enrich the teaching content,and highlight its educational value;Actively introducing external resources to provide strong support for the high-quality develop ment of the project.Through these measures,it is expected to promote the healthy,stable,and sustainable development of the Beiqiao Elementary School Soft Ball Project under the background of the "double reduction" policy.
