摘 要:冬季两项运动是动、静相结合的竞技形式,要求运动员在动态的越野滑雪后于静止状态下完成射击,运动员落位的快速性、射击发动高效性、射击命中准确性、离开赛场迅捷性均与最终比赛成绩有所关联。该文分析了影响冬季两项运动射击技术训练的主要因素,总结出运动员的生理因素、心理因素、持枪稳定性、射击命中率以及环境因素均可能影响到运动员射击的准确率等,以期保障冬季两项运动员在赛场上获得良好的比赛成绩。Biathlon is a competitive form that combines movement and stillness,requiring athletes to complete shooting in a stationary state after dynamic cross-country skiing.The speed of the athlete's landing,the efficiency of shooting initiation,the accuracy of shooting hits,and the speed of leaving the track are all related to the final competition results.This article analyzes the main factors that affect the training of shooting techniques in biathlon,and summarizes that athletes' physiological and psychological factors,gun stability,shooting accuracy,and environmental factors may all affect their shooting accuracy,in order to ensure that biathlon athletes achieve good competition results on the field.
