摘  要:该文旨在通过分层回归模型探讨一般力量训练对男子大学生铅球运动员成绩的影响。通过文献资料法与实验法对参加过吉林省大学生运动会甲A组(高水平组)和全国大学生田径锦标赛阳光组的男子铅球运动员进行分析,每组8人。结合其身体形态和训练年限等因素,分析一般力量训练与铅球成绩之间的关系。经研究得出结果,在最大力量方面,高水平组卧推1RM、深蹲1RM、硬拉1RM、高翻1RM与阳光组相比具有统计学显著差异(P<0.01);在相对力量方面,高水平组卧推/BW、深蹲/BW、硬拉/BW与阳光组相比具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论:通过分层回归模型的分析发现,深蹲、卧推、硬拉和高翻等一般力量训练动作、身体形态以及训练年限与铅球成绩之间存在显著的正相关关系。This article aims to explore the impact of general strength training on the performance of male college shot put athletes through a hierarchical regression model.Through literature review and experimental methods,an analysis was conducted on male shot put athletes who participated in Group A(high-level group) of the Jilin Provincial University Games and the Sunshine Group of the National University Athletics Championships,with 8 athletes in each group.Analyze the relationship between general strength training and shot put performance based on factors such as body shape and training years.After research,it was found that in terms of maximum strength,the high-level group had statistically significant differences(P<0.01) compared to the sunlight group in terms of bench press 1RM,squat 1RM,hard pull 1RM,and high flip 1RM;In terms of relative strength,the high-level group showed statistical differences(P<0.05) in bench press/BW,squat/BW,and hard pull/BW compared to the sunshine group.Conclusion:Through the analysis of the hierarchical regression model,it was found that there is a significant positive correlation between general strength training movements such as squats,bench presses,hard pulls,and flips,body shape,and training years with shot put performance.
