核心力量训练对田径运动员平衡功能的影响探究

摘  要:田径运动员的核心力量训练在维持身体平衡方面显示出显著的效果。该文从静态平衡的角度分析加强核心力量对提高田径运动员运动能力的作用和训练方法,指出核心力量训练旨在通过增加脊柱稳定性、加强腹部和下背部肌肉来显著改善运动员的静态平衡,从而帮助他们保持正确的身体姿势,还可以帮助运动员提高爆发力和耐力水平,使他们能够更有效地发挥其运动表现。从动态平衡的角度来看,核心力量训练可以帮助运动员增加身体的旋转阻力,提高肢体协调性和反应能力,从而更有效地保持动作平衡,快速应对各种紧急情况。Core strength training for track and field athletes has shown significant effects in maintaining physical balance.This article analyzes the role and training methods of strengthening core strength in improving the athletic ability of track and field athletes from the perspective of static balance.It points out that core strength training aims to significantly improve athletes' static balance by increasing spinal stability and strengthening abdominal and lower back muscles,thereby helping them maintain correct body posture.It can also help athletes improve their explosive power and endurance levels,enabling them to perform more effectively in sports.From the perspective of dynamic balance,core strength training can help athletes increase their body's rotational resistance,improve limb coordination and reaction ability,thereby more effectively maintaining movement balance and quickly responding to various emergency situations.
