摘 要:该文旨在探究身体纠正训练对游泳运动员水中专项技术及身体素质的影响。该文从解剖学需求、神经学需求和生物力学需求三个方面研究并设计了为期8周的身体纠正训练方案,包括了灵活性和稳定性两类训练计划。该文针对12名游泳运动员展开研究,通过FMS测试、水中蹬壁滑行、水下15米蝶泳腿、出发效率、转身效率和主项100米自由泳测试,分析训练前后数据。结果表明,身体纠正训练方案显著提升了运动员的身体素质和水中专项技术表现能力,不论男女运动员,在各项测试中训练后表现明显优于训练前。This article aims to explore the impact of body correction training on swimmers' specialized underwater skills and physical fitness.This article studies and designs an 8-week body correction training program from three aspects:anatomical requirements,neurological requirements,and biomechanical requirements,including two types of training plans:flexibility and stability.This article conducts a study on 12 swimmers,analyzing data before and after training through FMS testing,underwater wall sliding,underwater 15 meter butterfly leg,starting efficiency,turning efficiency,and the main 100 meter freestyle test.The results showed that the body correction training program significantly improved the physical fitness and water specific technical performance of athletes.Regardless of male and female athletes,their performance after training was significantly better than before training in various tests.
