摘  要:“华龙一号”核电厂大气排放调节阀是核安全级设备,需要安全级仪控系统实现其调节控制。该调节阀控制模式多样化且调节需求复杂,在华龙一号全球首堆福清5/6项目中是由国外供应商设计了该控制方案。针对华龙一号大气排放调节阀的快速冷却模式进行分析研究,并基于中核集团自主研发的核安全级DCS“龙鳞”平台设计了调节阀快速冷却模式的工程实施方案,最终通过仿真验证了该方案的可行性。该方案可推广应用于后续工程项目。The HPR1000(Hua-long Pressurized Reactor) atmospheric emission control valve is a 1E equipment that requires a 1E instrument and control system to achieve its regulation and control.The control mode of this regulating valve is diverse and the regulation requirements are complex.The control scheme was designed by a foreign supplier in the HPR1000 global first reactor Fuqing 5/6 project.This paper analyzes and studies the fast cooling mode of the HPR1000 atmospheric emission control valve,and designs an engineering implementation plan for the fast cooling mode of the control valve based on the nuclear 1E DCS "NASPIC" platform independently developed by CNNC.Finally,the feasibility of the plan is verified through simulation.It can be promoted and applied to subsequent engineering projects.
