摘 要:气液两相流是天然气开采及运输过程中常见的工况。针对1%~10%的低含水率工况,提出了一种基于微波谐振腔的螺旋电极结构的测量方法。通过HFSS仿真软件对传感器结构参数进行优化,确定最佳结构尺寸。利用仿真软件对不同持水率工况进行仿真,确定传感器的可行性后,制作传感器实验样机。通过静态实验研究传感器对低持水率工况的测量特性,实验结果与仿真结果吻合度较高,在1%~10%持水率范围内相对误差小于4%。Gas-liquid two-phase flow is a common working condition in natural gas production and transportation.Aiming at low moisture content conditions of 1% to 10%,a measurement method based on the spiral electrode structure of microwave resonant cavity is proposed in this paper.The sensor structural parameters are optimized through HFSS simulation software to determine the optimal structural size.Use simulation software to simulate different water holdup conditions.After determining the feasibility of the sensor,make a sensor experimental prototype and study the sensor's measurement characteristics for low water holdup conditions through static experiments.The experimental results are in good agreement with the simulation results.,the relative error is less than 4% in the range of 1%~10% water holding rate.
