一种模盒烟支剔除装置的设计与应用

摘　　要：在烟草包装机中,模盒烟支剔除装置是关键零部件之一,为确保其性能和可靠性,需要对凸轮零件进行严格测试。针对该凸轮零件设计了一种模拟实际生产环境的测试装置。首先,根据装置的性能要求,采用EPLAN绘制电气原理图,准备相应的元器件。然后,通过TwinCAT3软件进行PLC控制程序设计,确保其能模拟实际生产环境。最后,进行装置的安装与调试。实验测试结果表明,该装置能在不同速度下进行单包、连包及多包间隔剔除,能够对凸轮零件进行全面测试。为烟草包装行业提供了更为高效、可靠的剔除测试装置。This paper proposes a test device designed for the cam part,which simulates the actual production environment.Firstly,according to the performance requirements of the device,an electrical principle diagram is drawn using EPLAN,and corresponding components are prepared.Then,the PLC control program is designed through TwinCAT3 software to ensure that it can simulate the actual production environment.Finally,the device is installed and debugged.Experimental test results show that the device can perform single-package,consecutive-package,and multi-package interval rejection at different speeds,providing a comprehensive test for cam parts.
