摘  要:针对烟草行业客户总量逐年增加和营销客户服务不够精准的问题,基于多维动态组合技术进行GSPA(Gather,Setup,Push,Assessment)模型的构建,实现多维动态的客户分类。通过结合钉钉和GSPA模型,设计前后台架构、实现多平台无缝对接,并运用事先计算型Web服务实现智能信息推送。运行结果显示,系统故障率小于1%,目标客户筛选准确率、关键需求覆盖率、服务策略满意率、精准推送率和评价误差率等均大于等于90%。In response to the increasing total number of customers in the tobacco industry and the lack of precise marketing customer service,this paper constructs a GSPA model based on multi-dimensional combination technology to achieve multi-dimensional dynamic classification of customers.By combining DingTalk and GSPA models,a front-end and back-end architecture is designed to achieve seamless integration of multiple platforms,and pre-computed Web services are used to achieve intelligent information push.The operation results show that the system failure rate is less than 1%,and the accuracy rate of target customer screening,key requirement coverage,service strategy satisfaction rate,precision push rate,evaluation error rate,etc.are all greater than or equal to 90%.
