摘　　要：介绍了一种工作频率为6~12 GHz的双极化平面天线阵列。该阵列由印刷在Rogers 5880介质基板上的紧密耦合偶极子组成。天线阵列采用同轴线进行不平衡馈电,避免使用外部巴伦,从而降低了剖面。通过设计合适的偶极子形状、调整宽角阻抗匹配层厚度以及加载一对短路孔等方法,成功拓宽了天线阵列的工作带宽。同时,在阵列单元的设计中避免了使用盲孔,优化了制造流程并降低了成本。最终制造加工了8×8的天线阵列并进行了测试。实验结果证明了该天线阵列具有良好的回波损耗和单元间隔离度。在微波暗室中测量了辐射方向图,证明了该天线阵列在45°范围内进行扫描时,增益下降不到0.4 dB,显示出了其良好的宽带扫描特性。A dual-polarized planar antenna array operating at 6-12 GHz is introduced in this paper.The array consists of tightly coupled dipoles printed on Rogers 5880.The array uses coaxial cable for the unbalanced feed,eliminating the need for external baluns and reducing the profile.The operating bandwidth of the antenna is increased by designing an appropriate dipole shape,adjusting the thickness of the wide-angle impedance matching layer,and loading a pair of short-circuit holes.Simultaneously,the design of the array unit avoids the use of blind holes,optimizing the manufacturing process and reducing costs.Finally,an 8 ×8 planar antenna array is fabricated and tested.Experimental results show that the array center units have good return loss and isolation between units.The radiation pattern is measured in a microwave anechoic chamber.The results show that the gain drops by less than 0.4 dB in the 0~45° scanning ranges,demonstrating the good scanning characteristics of the array.
