摘 要:针对采空区氧化升温导致火灾的问题,采用Fluent对国兴煤矿立体采空区煤自燃危险区域进行了数值模拟研究,并根据采空区氧气体积分数分布云确定了591107回采工作面自燃危险区域划分范围;计算了工作面采空区随环境温度尺度演变下的最短自然发火期和动态调整最小推进速度。结果表明,散热带为工作面起始处至45 m内的区域,氧化带为工作面起45~60 m的区域,随后为窒息带的区域;煤自然发火期随起始环境温度的升高而降低,在环境温度21℃条件下,煤的绝热温升时间为102.42 h,最短自然发火期为34.82 d,动态调整最小推进速度为1.29 m/d,实际推进速度大于该速度,确保了回采期间不会发生遗煤自燃现象。研究结果为该矿制定有效的防灭火措施提供科学依据。Aiming at the problem of fire caused by oxidative warming in the mining airspace,this paper adopts Fluent to carry out numeri-cal simulation research on the danger zone of spontaneous combustion of coal in the three-dimensional mining airspace of Guoxing Coal Mine,and determines the scope of the division of the three zones of 591107 back-mining face according to the distribution cloud of oxygen volume fraction in the mining airspace,and calculates the shortest natural ignition period and the dynamic adjustment of the minimum propulsion speed of the airspace of the face with the evolution of the ambient temperature scale.The results show that the dispersal zone is the area from the beginning of the working face to 45 m,the oxidation zone is the area from 45 m to 60 m,and then the area of the ventilating zone is the area from the beginning of the work-ing face.The natural ignition period of coal decreases with the increase of the starting ambient temperature,and the adiabatic temperature rise time of coal is 102.42 h under the ambient temperature of 21℃,and the shortest natural ignition period is 34.82 days,and the dynamically adjusted min-imum advancing speed is 1.29 m/d,and the actual advancing speed is greater than that,which ensures that spontaneous combustion of leftover coal will not occur during the mining period.The results of the study provide scientific basis for the mine to formulate effective fire prevention measures.
