摘 要:含油污泥热解后的残渣不仅量大,还被划定为危险废物,严重制约了热解技术的推广和残渣资源化利用。目前已经开展热解残渣作为脱附剂、催化剂、絮凝剂、路基材料等多用途利用的研究探索,并未实现工业化生产,而作为油田作业区内铺垫井场等大宗利用是当前残渣销纳的主要途径。为此,根据含油污泥热解工程实践和理论研究,综述了目前工程项目上含油污泥热解残渣主要的资源化利用途径和现状,分析了目前热解残渣利用遇到的困难和风险,展望其“因地制宜”多元的资源化利用趋势,并提出研究建议。The residue from pyrolysis of oily sludge is not only a large amount,but also stipulated as hazardous waste,which seriously restricts the promotion of pyrolysis technology and the utilization of residue.At present,the research and exploration of the multi-purpose utilization of pyrolysis residue as desorbents,catalysts,flocculants,subgrade material have been carried out,and the industrial application has not been realized.The large-scale way to utilize the residue is limited to in the oilfield area as materials padding and paving well sites and roads.Therefore,based on the industrialization and research of oily sludge pyrolysis.The research summarized the main ways and current situation of resource utilization of oily sludge pyrolysis residue in projects,analyzes the difficulties and risks encountered in the utilization of residue at present,looks forward to the trend of diversified resource utilization according to local conditions,and puts forward research recommendations.
