摘　　要：通过分析硫磺装置汽提塔的重要性及硫磺装置汽提塔的现有问题,找出了汽提装置的波动原因,并提出了改进方案及措施。分别采取优化进料控制、优化塔内温度分布、检修维护塔顶空冷器和回流系统、保证塔底重沸器运行正常和修正仪表测量等措施。提出了实施方案建议,制定了方案效果检验指标。最后分别对问题解决的要点及实施进行了总结,对将来实现硫磺装置汽提塔的平稳运行作了展望。By analyzing the importance of the stripper in sulfur plant and the existing problems of the stripper in sulfur plant,the reasons for the fluctuation of the stripper are found out,and the improvement schemes and measures are put forward.Measures were taken to optimize the feed control,optimize the temperature distribution in the tower,repair and maintain the air cooler and reflux system at the top of the tower,ensure the normal operation of the reboiler at the bottom of the tower and correct the instrument measurement.Suggestions on the implementation scheme are put forward,and the test indexes of the scheme effect are formulated.Finally,the main points and implementation of the problem solving are summarized respectively,and the prospect of realizing the smooth operation of the stripper in sulfur plant in the future is made.
