摘  要:基于聚甲醛生产废液成分及特性,提出聚甲醛有机废液回收三塔精制工艺,采用软件对工艺以最小TAC进行模拟优化,确定最优工艺条件为:甲酸甲酯精馏塔的塔理论板数为54,回流比为3.002,进料位置为45,水洗塔的萃取剂水的用量比为0.5,回流比为1.0253,理论板数为18,进料位置为16,萃取剂进料板位置为6。脱甲醇塔回流比为4.1,塔板数50,进料板位置为43,其最小TAC为3.02×10^(6)¥/y。通过热泵技术对脱甲醇塔进行过程强化,再沸器的能耗下降了38.1%,TAC下降了8.75×10^(5)¥/y。研究为聚甲醛废液连续精馏回收过程的设计提供了参考。Proposes a three-tower refining process for the recovery of polyformaldehyde organic waste liquid,based on its composition and characteristics.The process was simulated and optimized using software to minimize total area content(TAC).The optimal conditions were determined as follows:The theoretical plate number for the methyl formate distillation tower was 54,the reflux ratio was 3.002,the feed position was 45,the water consumption ratio of the extractant in the water washing tower was 0.5,the reflux ratio was 1.0253,the theoretical plate number was 18,the feed position was 16,and the extractant feed plate position was 6.The de-methanolization tower had a reflux ratio of 4.1,a plate number of 50,and a feed plate position of 43,with a minimum TAC of 3.02×10^(6)¥/y.By employing heat pump technology to enhance the de-methanolization tower process,the energy consumption of the reboiler decreased by 38.1%,and the TAC decreased by 8.75×10^(5)¥/y.The research provides a valuable reference for the design of continuous distillation recovery processes for polyformaldehyde waste liquid.
