摘  要:通过以大尺寸风扇机匣粘接磨耗涂层为研究对象,基于研究现状与工程应用实际需要开展了易磨环材料与胶粘剂国产化优选,在此基础上,系统研究了制备工艺对粘接磨耗涂层性能的影响规律。研究结果表明:通过易磨环硅橡胶及无机填料组分与比例调控,可有效解决其磨削掉块问题。Through the large-size fan magazine adhesive wear coating as the research object,based on the current research situation and the actual needs of engineering applications to carry out easy to wear ring materials and adhesive localization of the preferred,on this basis,a systemat-ic study of the influence of the preparation process on the performance of adhesive wear coatings.The effect of preparation parameters on the perfor-mance of abradable coatings was further illustrated.The results showed that the formation of worn-off debris could be effectively prevented by con-trolling the composition and content of silicone rubber and inorganic fillers in abrasive rings.The optimal curing temperature was determined.
