摘 要:针对四氢呋喃-甲醇-硅烷-水多重共沸混合物中四氢呋喃的回收过程,提出并优化一种采用萃取精馏与渗透气化NaA分子筛膜脱水技术相结合的提纯分离工艺。实验结果表明,该提纯工艺四氢呋喃综合收率不低于94.5%,获得成品中四氢呋喃纯度不低于99.95%,甲醇含量低于0.05%,硅烷含量低于0.02%,含水质量分数不高于0.05%,特别适用于精细化学行业的溶剂回收。The purification of tetrahydrofuran(THF)from tetrahydrofuran-methanol-hexamethyldisiloxane(HDMSO)-water multicomponent azeotropes was studied and optimized by extractive distillation and NaA zeolite dehydration membrane technology.The results showed that the THF total yield is more than 94.5%.By using this purification process,the THF purity of product was not less than 99.95%,the content of methanol and HMDSO were less than 0.05%and 0.02%,respectively.Which indicated that the purification technology was especially suitable for solvent recovery in the fine chemical industry.
