摘 要:目的:研究从车前草提取液中富集纯化熊果酸的工艺。方法:车前草脱脂后超声提取液经酸碱沉淀初纯化,再用大孔吸附树脂进一步富集纯化熊果酸。结果:D101型大孔树脂富集纯化熊果酸的最优条件为采用质量浓度为0.7 mg/mL的车前草样品液上柱,调节pH值=7,再以90%的乙醇作为洗脱剂进行洗脱;洗脱液浓缩后经测定与熊果酸标准品的紫外出峰位置一致,纯度达79.59%。结论:该方法简便可行,为车前草熊果酸的提取及纯化提供了良好的理论和实验依据。Objective:To study the process of enrichment and purification of ursolic acid from Plantago asiatica L.extract.Methods:After defatting,the ultrasonic extract of Plantago asiatica L.was purified by acid-base precipitation,and then further enriched and purified ursolic acid by macroporous adsorption resin.Results:The optimal conditions for enrichment and purification of ursolic acid by D101 macroporous resin were to use 0.7 mg/mL of Plantago asiatica L.sample solution on the upper column,adjust pH value was 7,and then eluate with 90%ethanol as eluent.The concentration of eluent was determined to be consistent with the UV peak position of ursolic acid standard,and the purity reached 79.59%.Conclusion:This method is simple and feasible,and provides a good theoretical and experimental basis for the extraction and purification of ursolic acid from Plantago asiatica L.
