减缓催化剂中毒增加催化剂套用时间的方法研究

摘  要:为了防止或减缓催化剂中毒从而增加催化剂套用时间、降低贵金属催化剂使用成本,对项目A原料反应液进行活性炭吸附法吸附,并对项目A反应溶剂甲醇采用精馏法精馏,从源头上去除或减少可以使贵金属催化剂中毒的低价硫元素。通过考察活性炭吸附法的吸附温度和吸附时间,精馏法的精馏温度、前馏分采出比例以及采出时间,催化剂套用时间明显增加,催化剂的补加量下降了20%。对降低成本和未来可持续发展有着重要研究意义。In order to prevent or slow down catalyst poisoning so as to increase catalyst application time and reduce the cost of precious metal catalyst,the raw material reaction liquid of project A was adsorbed by activated carbon adsorption method and the reaction solvent of project A was purified by distillation method to remove or reduce the low-priced sulfur element that could poison the precious metal catalyst from the source.By investigating the adsorption temperature and adsorption time of activated carbon adsorption method,the distillation temperature,the pre-fraction recovery ratio and the recovery time of rectification method,the catalyst application time increased significantly,and the amount of catalyst without addition decreased by 20%.It has important research significance for cost reduction and future sustainable development.
