摘 要:用表面沉积法制备FeCl_(3)改性固废陶粒(Fe-SWC)后,采用静态和动态实验,研究其除磷性能。结果表明,Fe-SWC物理性能满足我国行业标准(CJ/T 299—2008)要求,其浸出液中金属离子含量低于我国国家标准(GB 5085.3—2007)阈值。Fe-SWC对水中磷的平衡吸附量约为5.87 mg/g,Langmuir等温式和准一级动力学方程均可较好地描述此吸附行为(R^(2)>0.98)。随初始浓度及进水流速降低或反应温度升高,基于Fe-SWC的固定床反应装置去除水中磷的穿透曲线逐渐变平缓,穿透时间和饱和时间均随之增加,此过程可用Yoon-Nelson固定床反应动力学模型进行描述(R^(2)>0.98)。The FeCl_(3) modified solid waste ceramsite(Fe-SWC)was prepared by surface directional deposition,and then the batch and column experiments were employed to enquire into its phosphorus removal performance.The results showed that the investigated physical properties of Fe-SWC completely met with the China′s industry standard of CJ/T 299—2008,and the concentration of metal ions in the lixivium were lower than the China national standard of GB 5085.3—2007.The equilibrium adsorption amount of Fe-SWC for phosphorus in water was about 5.87 mg/g,and the equilibrium isotherm and adsorption kinetic of phosphorus adsorption on Fe-SWC were described well by the Langmuir isotherm and pseudo-first-order kinetics,with R^(2)>0.98,respectively.With the decreased in the initial concentration and flow rate or the increased in the reaction temperature,the breakthrough curve of phosphorus from aqueous solution by a fixed-bed column packed with Fe-SWC became less steep gradually,both breakthrough and saturation times were increased.Moreover,the Yoon-Nelson fixed-bed reaction kinetic model could accurately describe this removal process,with R^(2)>0.98.
