摘  要:工业污染源排放的氮氧化物主要来源于燃煤过程,选择性催化还原法(SCR)脱硝技术因脱硝效果稳定、脱硝效率高、选择性强等特点被广泛应用于氮氧化物的减排,但该方法每年会产生大量的废弃脱硝催化剂,催化剂受烟气的污染富含砷、铬等重金属,已被国家纳入危险废物进行管理,废弃催化剂的再生利用成为当前行业发展的必然需求。就当前SCR烟气脱硝催化剂再生过程中产生的废水特征进行分类,针对废水中不同特征的污染因子,分别就其处理技术研究进展进行分析,并提出合理的再生废水处理工艺建议。Industrial pollution sources emit nitrogen oxides mainly from coal combustion process,selective catalytic reduction(SCR)denitrification is widely used for NO_(x)emission reduction because of its stable denitrification effect,high denitrification efficiency and high selectivity.However,this method will produce a large number of waste denitrification catalyst every year,the catalyst which polluted by flue gas rich in arsenic,chromium and other heavy metals,has been included in the national management of hazardous wastes,thus,the regeneration and utilization of the waste catalyst has become an inevitable demand for the development of the current industry.We analyzes the nature of wastewater generated in the regeneration process of denitrification catalysts,analyze the progress of research on its treatment technology for the different characteristics of the pollution factors in the wastewater,and propose a reasonable wastewater treatment process.
