摘  要:油田开发进入中高含水阶段,稠油采出液含水率上升,对传统油水分离和加热技术提出挑战。本文综述了光热稠油沉降罐的应用前景,探讨了其基本原理及其在油水分离中的作用。同时,分析了光热集热系统的发展现状及其在稠油沉降罐中的应用。该技术融合太阳能与燃气加热,提升油水分离效率,实现加热后污水的循环利用,减少能源消耗和环境污染。研究表明,光热稠油沉降罐技术在提升生产效率、降低成本及环境保护方面具有明显优势,对油田可持续发展具有积极影响。As oil fields enter the mid-to-high water-cut development stage,the water content in heavy oil production fluids has significantly increased,posing a challenge to traditional oil-water separation and heating methods.This paper reviews the application prospects of photothermal heavy oil settling tanks,discusses the basic principles of settling tanks and their role in oil-water separation.It also analyzes the current state of development of photothermal collection systems and their application in heavy oil settling tanks.This technology integrates solar energy with gas heating,enhancing the efficiency of oil-water separation and enabling the recycling of heated wastewater,thereby reducing energy consumption and environmental pollution.Research indicates that the photothermal heavy oil settling tank technology has clear advantages in improving production efficiency,reducing costs,and environmental protection,and has a positive impact on the sustainable development of oil fields.
