摘　　要：针对焦化厂煤气终冷洗苯单元螺旋板换热器频繁堵塞、离线清洗时间长、现场设备清洗存在环保不达标的问题,就产生原因进行分析,采取工艺优化处理和设备创新改造,延长了换热器堵塞周期,实现清洗作业时废液不落地,达到环保无污染的效果。In response to the frequent blockage of the spiral plate heat exchanger in the benzene unit of the coking plant's gas final cooling washing,long offline cleaning time,and environmental non-compliance in on-site equipment cleaning,the causes were analyzed,and process optimization and equipment innovation were adopted to extend the blockage cycle of the heat exchanger,achieving the effect of environmental protection and pollution-free by preventing waste liquid from falling to the ground during cleaning operations.
