摘 要:某套化工装置在生产过程中产生的有机废液进入地下罐,地下罐中的废液通过地面上的计量泵吸上来并送到下游装置去后续处理。但在开车调试过程中,计量泵由于自身密封性能不够、泵的进口流动阻力较大、膜片与泵头之间难以形成真空的原因,导致废液吸不上来。为了解决该问题,在该计量泵的入口管道上,加一个用管道件搭建的特殊件作为虹吸罐,通过虹吸罐内液体的自然重力和虹吸罐与计量泵工作腔的压力差,解决了该泵无法将地下罐中的有机废液吸上来的问题。The organic waste liquid generated during the production process of a chemical plant enters an underground tank.The waste liquid in the underground tank was pumped up by a metering pump on the ground and sent to downstream devices for further treatment.However,during the startup process,the metering pump was unable to suck up the waste liquid due to insufficient sealing performance,high inlet flow resistance,and difficulty in forming a vacuum between the diaphragm and pump head.In order to solve this problem,a special component constructed with pipe fittings was added to the inlet pipeline of the metering pump as a siphon tank.By utilizing the natural gravity of the liquid in the siphon tank and pressure difference between the siphon tank and the working chamber of metering pump,the problem of the metering pump unable to suck up the waste liquid was solved.
